THE ROLE Make the most effective use of space and stock available to the store by maximising sales and minimising wastage of resources Achievement of sales budget Train staff in selling techniques and product knowledge to ensure that there is an effective selling team within the store Handling customer complaints tactfully and effectively Providing effective democratic leadership and control for the staff Supervise on the job training for new staff.
