IBM Italy is looking for new " smart" graduates interested in acquiring fundamental knowledge and skills in the area of client facing professions. As an IBM Seller you will be responsible for selling IBM solutions, services, products and offerings, including those from IBM Business Partners; you'll be the face of our business relationship with clients. Specializing by industry, customer set, channel, brand, solution or offering, you'll work collaboratively to provide solutions that best meet our clients' needs and contribute to their marketplace success. IBM will offer a contract of "Apprendistato Professionalizzante" for duration of 24 months. The selected candidates will will join an accelerated development program aimed at giving graduates the strong foundation of skills and also international experiences they need to build successful long term careers and to be the future leaders of our business. : - follow an 6-month structured,Global Sales School ,and further training modules to learn more about our business, tools, and sales methodology , e-learning, mentoring, community sharing, i.e. the best-in-class blended techniques of learning, where they will learn through training on the job activities. - have assigned mentors in one-to-one relationship who will support the new graduates in embedding learning in concrete working situations who will help you in getting your career started and becoming familiar with our organization. We are looking for "smart" candidates who have keen interest in understanding business, learning how technology can help solve business problems and working with clients to design and deliver these solutions. You must be confident, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a high degree of drive and energy, first class analytical skills and the ability to foster lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate: - "smart" people - has a recent technical-scientific or economic university degree - maximum 29 years old (pursuant to the art. 49, D.lgs 276/03) - Interested in interacting with others - Excellent comunication skills - Fluent English (in speaking and writing)
