The successful candidate will be responsible for sustaining the trade development in the assigned areas which are East Europe, Middle East and North Africa. Furthermore, he/she will follow the entire sales process of Safilo products to local agents and local distribution managers.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Achieving the set targets in terms of turnover, profitability and services in line with the Company aims;
- Reaching his/her own individual sales targets;
- Managing effectively performance of sales agents/distributors;
- Defining the annual work plan, in terms of visits to customers and distributors as well as scouting visits;
- Managing Trade Marketing initiatives and implementing them in coordination with the related Company departments;
- Promoting projects and special initiatives (packaging, limited edition, special edition) aimed at expanding commercial market success;
- Identifying opportunities for Company growth through area scouting as well as economic-financial evaluation of new customers, key accounts and their business ventures;
- Ensuring purchasing orders are received from customers and key accounts in line with Company’ s business policies, including credit management;
- Providing feedback from the reference markets and, on a monthly basis, the rolling forecast for each brand and category of products.
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
- 27 – 34 years old;
- University level education;
- Good interpersonal skills and solid commercial attitude;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
